  I bought a lazy boy recliner from store manager fill in July 1, 2017. Phil was cordial and helpful, however… When I finally got my chair it was damaged. I called Phil and he told me I must’ve broken it. Long story short I return the chair and try to exchange for similar chair, it to with broken. He would not give me a refund even though I acted in good faith and look for another chair at his Mojave location. I was forced to contact my credit card company and when I sent them the picture of the broken chair I got my money back. Phil is great as long as you don’t have a problem. I would never buy anything from him again. I have a signed paper from another salesman stating the floor model with damage just like the chair I bought. In my opinion he cares only about the bottom line.

  I bought a complete bedroom set including mattress and they were the best price and customer service was outstanding. They delivered everything on time in excellent condition

  Thank you guys for the great service! Took the 360 virtual tour then visited the website. Very easy to navigate and able to find the perfect sectional for my home. Denny, phil and kris provided great service and recommend everyone shop there.
